Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resource and Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as assigned
• Contribute to maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Maintain confidentiality of HR and candidate information
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's OR Above degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, Psychology or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment (0 year if you are exceptional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

English Fluency is a must
