Description:

  • Budget Administration: Oversee budgetary considerations, including but not limited to, office supplies, equipment, and remunerations.
  • Facility Management: Ensure a pristine, systematic office environment, coordinating upkeep services, supply requisitions, and equipment handling.
  • Policy Execution: Advocate and ensure adherence to company protocols, initiating policy modifications when necessary.
  • Project Oversight: Helm significant projects, including office relocations, renovations, or technical integrations.
  • Communication: Facilitate internal and external communications, managing emails, crafting correspondences, and overseeing social media engagements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee conformity to pertinent regulations, encompassing health, safety, and data protection mandates.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated resilience and autonomy in tackling challenges.
  • Adaptability: Versatility in managing shifting priorities and diverse collaborations.
