Founded in 2014, we offer professional consultancy services to public, private, and non-governmental institutions. Our focus areas include Agricultural Development, Rural Livelihoods and Food Security, Natural Resources Management and Environment, Health (Reproductive and Family Health, Nutrition, and WASH), Education, Gender and Youth Analysis, Capacity Development, and Organizational and Change management studies. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, a role that plays a crucial part in our communication and branding strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop and implement creative digital and print media concepts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage all aspects of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing.

Skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media management is a huge plus
