On behalf of our client, GeezJobs' Recruitment Team is currently engaged in the search for exceptionally qualified ''Lead Accountant'' professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets.
• Lead internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years and above experience in accounting, with experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
