Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, and controlling the activities of digital banking activities in the region. He/she will engage with branch staff to understand and resolve digital banking-related ground-level challenges and facilitate communication between branches and Head Office units. He/she also ensures the effective implementation and expansion of the Bank’s digital products and services in branches.
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, and IT-related fields plus a minimum of Nine (9) years of experience of which three (3) years a supervisory role.
Place of Work: South West, Jimma, Regional Office (V.No HO/00717/24)
