The Role:
Oxfam is looking for A senior finance officer grant/contract responsible for supervising the Addis-based agreements, ensuring the legitimacy of the expenditure incurred in Addis Ababa, field offices, and assisting budget holders in ensuring expenditures are within the approved budget. To provide an efficient, relevant, timely grant management service to program managers, budget holders, and external donors. This includes budget, government reports internal BVA at a level of detail necessary to manage budgets effectively, external donor reports per formats and timeliness set contractually, and ensuring allocation of cost policies are complied with
