Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Store Keeper with at least 1 year of experience in material management or a related field. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 diploma in material management or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and store materials systematically.
• Conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and production for timely material availability.
• Process material requests from various departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 4 Diploma in Material Management or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

Work Environment:

• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials.
• Work in a warehouse or storage facility environment.
