Our recruitment department at GeezJobs is seeking exceptional candidates for the Tech Project Manager - Fintech Solution role with our client’s financial technology company. This position involves managing the development and implementation of fintech solutions, overseeing project management, and coordinating with external developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for fintech applications and IT systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among developers, operations, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, track progress, and handle scope management.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and integration, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and refine systems.
• Partner with product development teams to prioritize features, create roadmaps, and oversee the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance and make improvements based on KPIs and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management within fintech or software development
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
