Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth for our Bulk SMS and VoIP services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present, promote, and sell our Bulk SMS and VoIP services to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Bulk SMS and VoIP services and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
