Job Summary:
The Jobholder is responsible for representing the Bank before quasi-judicial tribunals and administrative bodies, assisting attorneys in the foreclosure process and conducting auctions, following up the implementation of court decisions and orders, following up criminal cases, searching for collateralized vehicles, and searching for attachable.
Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Law plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Legal Aid.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V.No HO/00920/24)
Term of Employment: Permanent
