Job Summary

The Logistics Operation Analyst is responsible for the unit’s operational review and data collection, analysis, and checking point for all the operations undertaken under Logistics to ensure cost minimization, compliance, and consolidation

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret supply chain data such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
  • Provide fine-tuned data using data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Assessing the financial impact of various proposals and change plans
  • Identifying and monitoring trends within the Logistics Operation
  • Conducting research for various operation segments and providing analytical data.
  • Create complex reports, analyze, and interpret Logistics and transport data, then help in develop strategies based on findings.
  • Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze cost-saving or profit-maximizing opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to Source data and information needed for analysis
  • Summarize and analyze logistics, Transport allocation, stock movement, and invoice data.
  • Create the data environment for the supply chain which is visible to everyone in the department.
  • Do first-line checking of transport orders to be converted to PO?

Education

  • Five years’ experience in supply chain operation and data analysis out of which preferably three years in the beverage industry.
