Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
