Role purpose General: The market insight manager is responsible for providing the marketing department with insights into the Biscuit market and its consumers. He proactively designs and conducts market research of any type: both qualitative and quantitative as well as periodical and need base researches; analyses the data and communicates his findings effectively with the department and the units under it. Duties & Responsibilities: Provides and assists the sales manager with market insights from market information gathered through survey and market intelligence Responsible for actively monitoring consumer trends and demands in the beer industry and related markets Frequently gathers consumer feedback on brands of Ahadukes and its competitors using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Makes recommendations to marketing and sales accordingly. Actively seeks and tries new methods for conducting consumer research to gain insights in smart and effective ways. Proposes new marketing and sales ideas based on insights gathered in research Produces weekly and monthly reports and aims to provide explanations for the ups and downs in sales volumes, market share, and other parameters Sits down frequently with the l sales and marketing team and gathers market insights from them in a structured manner. Terms of Employment - Permanent/Indefinite; Qualification: BA Degree or above in business-related fields Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience on event/festivals, brand building Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and internet usage Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
