Job Description WebSprix is looking for a very energetic, dynamic, and confident Executive Assistant to manage and assist the Chief Executive Officer. Core responsibilities of the Executive Assistant are: Provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole. Support the CEO with overall operation including appointment setting & scheduling, calendar management, document preparation, travel arrangements, logistics, and other internal and external correspondence. Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes and distribute meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages. Writes error-free, fluent emails and letters for various events and announcements. Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion Uses Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences Displays engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment, and provide a positive and energetic attitude. Provides systematic and dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness Education and/or Experience A university degree in the field of communication or related social science field is required. Three to five years’ professional experience in an executive assistant / Office Manager role preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is preferred. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic Ability to read and interpret documents such as directives, policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
