Main areas of responsibility Accurate and quality typing and good excel knowledge. Receive telephone messages, make appointments, assist external clients, and keeping a record of staff whereabouts within the Department. Regular ordering, collection, and control of stationery. Record and distribute all incoming mail, periodic, regular clearing of out trays; place all outgoing documents in central trays for collection by messengers. Ensure photocopying for the department as required Operate an efficient system of bring-ups. File documents as required. Maintain a daily correspondence file. Ensure all correspondence is correctly referenced. Keep the work area in a clean and tidy condition. Assist internal clients (departmental staff) with their needs and requests. Any other tasks as may be assigned to you from time to time. Requirements BA degree or (Diploma) in Secretarial Science & Office Management or other relevant fields from a recognized institution. Fluency in English and Amharic excellent speaking, reading and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures Relevant working experience More than 2 years of experience in secretarial science
