Key Roles and Responsibilities Dimension of the Job Support the business units in recruitment, induction and possibly talent hunting. Responsible for coordinating training and development. Coordinate employee performance management and benefit and compensation issues. Engage staff regularly, learn about their concerns and address or flag to be addressed by the management. Handles administrative issues related to HR (annual leave, personnel data, labor relations). Any HR-related task. Professional Competencies needed Highly skilled at implementing HR policies & processes Excellent customer service skills with experience of providing coaching & mentoring to employees regarding HR policies &processes Excellent facilitation skills with experience of leading training & coaching events to improve the internal skills & capabilities Current & detailed knowledge of HRD policies &practices Prepare & submit monthly, quarterly & annual work performance report timely.
