Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin And Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong Secretarial skills
- Good communication abilities
- A background in sales
The role involves handling office documentation, managing client communications, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely typing in both English and Amharic using all office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) with reasonable speed and efficiency.
- Issue cash register invoices and ensure proper attachment of supporting documents.
- Maintain and update Excel reporting sheets with accuracy.
- Engage with and convinced walk-in customers by providing product or service information and handling inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with clients and peers regarding unpaid bills through phone calls, emails, and in-person communication.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in a secretarial work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
