As an Assistant Website Administrator at GeezJobs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation of our online job platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating job listings on the GeezJobs website, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job listings on various social media channels to maximize visibility and reach.
- Interact with employers & Job Seekers, providing support and guidance on uploading job postings and displaying CVs effectively.
- Initiate contact with employers, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Guide employers through the process of optimizing their job listings and CV uploads, enhancing their visibility to potential candidates.
- Monitor and track user engagement with the website, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining website content, ensuring it aligns with our branding and delivers an optimal user experience.
- Work closely with the website administrator to identify potential enhancements to the platform's functionality and user interface.
- Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website management and user engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.
