The Ethiopian Defense University is seeking professionals for the following vacant positions to be hired permanently or on a contract basis.
- Associate Professor in Physiotherapy:
- Required Qualification: PhD or MSc in Physiotherapy
- Field of Study: Physiotherapy
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
- Associate Professor in Pathology:
- Required Qualification: Specialist in Pathology
- Field of Study: Pathology
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
Note:
- Candidates must meet the following educational criteria:
- For Bachelor's Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.00 for males and 2.75 for females (regular program graduates).
- For Master's Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.5 for males and 3.25 for females (regular program graduates).
- Preference will be given to female applicants.
- Job positions are located in Bishoftu city.
- Housing allowance will be based on the approved rate for Assistant Professors and Lecturers at higher education institutions.

- Qualified candidates who pass the initial evaluation will be informed of the examination date via their email or phone number.
- Applications will only be accepted from those who provide clear and complete documentation fulfilling the stated criteria.
- Additionally, if you have completed levels 3 or 4 of the new education system, you are required to provide a Certificate of Competence (COC) based on your certification level.
- When registering at the university, applicants must present their original educational documents along with non-returnable photocopies. Proof of residency is also required.
