Main Responsibilities

• Accept and deliver orders from partner restaurants
• Accept and complete orders via app
• Deliver food to customers in a safe manner
• Interact with customers and call center staff in a professional manner
• Follow traffic rules and maintain safety standards

Requirements

• Own your own working bike
• Required area of residence: Bole, Arat Kilo, Bisrat Gebrel, Lebu, Jemo, Mexico
• Understand Addis Ababa's roads
• Have a smartphone
• Ability to read and understand Google Maps
• Be punctual, take responsibility, and respect customers

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Delivery experience
• Use of GPS app
• Customer service knowledge
