Main Responsibilities
- Accept and deliver orders from partner restaurants
- Accept and complete orders via app
- Deliver food to customers in a safe manner
- Interact with customers and call center staff in a professional manner
- Follow traffic rules and maintain safety standards
Requirements
- Own your own working bike
- Required area of residence: Bole, Arat Kilo, Bisrat Gebrel, Lebu, Jemo, Mexico
- Understand Addis Ababa's roads
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to read and understand Google Maps
- Be punctual, take responsibility, and respect customers
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Delivery experience
- Use of GPS app
- Customer service knowledge
