VERY URGENT POSITION
We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic BPOS Training Specialist to lead a month-long training program aimed at providing comprehensive knowledge on Business Process Outsourcing (BPOS), specifically focusing on outsourcing models, online customer service, and data entry and processing. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team and shape the future of BPOS professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and interactive training sessions on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a focus on outsourcing models, customer service, data entry, and CRM systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of BPO functions.
- Tailor training materials to meet the needs of the learners, ensuring content is aligned with the latest BPO trends and best practices in outsourcing.
- Conduct evaluations through quizzes, case studies, and practical exercises to assess learner progress and understanding of key topics such as data entry, online customer service
- Provide continuous support to trainees throughout the training duration, offering additional help and clarifications as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
- Work closely with management to customize learning programs based on the trainee's prior knowledge, skills, and specific business needs, ensuring the content remains relevant.
- Collect feedback from trainees after each session, using insights to adapt and refine training methods and materials for future sessions.
- Track and report on learner performance, providing regular updates and suggesting improvements for training delivery to ensure objectives are met.
- Facilitate the effective use of digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, CRM systems
- Ensure that all interactions, both with learners and within the team, reflect professionalism, ethical conduct, and adherence to company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in BPO and outsourcing to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in BPO, customer service, and data entry.
- Experience in leading training sessions, particularly on CRM systems and data entry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
- Ability to engage learners and adapt training methods as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- BPO or customer service certifications are a plus.
