Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand business objectives and
target markets.
• Utilize various outreach methods, including email campaigns, social media, and
networking events, to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Conduct preliminary research to understand client needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Screen and assess leads to determine their potential value and fit for our services.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth
transition through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our customer relationship
management (CRM) system.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine our sales strategies.
• Uphold a positive image of the company by offering excellent customer service and
support throughout the engagement process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or a related field.
• Background in sales is preferred but not mandatory; experience in business development
or lead generation roles is a plus.
• Exceptional English communication skills, with a fluency level that exceeds standard
proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track communications.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in the
business development field.
