Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator. The position is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Familiarity with Contact Centers and call handling procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in Amharic and English is preferred
