Position Overview
We seek a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Saio Shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, fluent in English, and preferably has experience in sales. This role is open to women candidates, as we believe in empowering women in our workforce. The position offers a base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge and personalized service
- Ensure products are well-displayed and the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay informed about product collections, new arrivals, and promotions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
