About the Role:
Auction Ethiopia is seeking a highly motivated Client Relations Officer to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end auction process, from pre-auction preparation through post-auction follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review detailed descriptions of auction items
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy in listings.
- Collaborate with the Asset Assessment team to verify documentation accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical records of asset details and auction outcomes.
- Assist the Client Management team with ad-hoc data tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
