We are looking for a dynamic and innovative marketing officer to drive our brand visibility, patient engagement, overall marketing strategy, and other disciplines mentioned in the vacancy announcement.

Key Responsibilities
- Served as a point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up care
- Coordinate patient services including appointments, referrals, and discharge instructions
- Provide clear explanations regarding treatments, medications and next steps in care
- Assist with managing patient feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Support the reception, call center and CRM teams with clinical insight when needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma or BSc Degree in Nursing (BSc Nurse)
- Valid professional license from the Ministry of Health/Ethiopian Nurses Association Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience;
- Experience in customer service or patient relations is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records or CRM systems is an advantage
