On behalf of our client, a reputable consulting firm, we are seeking a Customer Service & Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly in English, and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing their needs and providing accurate information about the firm’s services.
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Office Administration Duties:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
- Coordinate office operations such as supplies procurement, document preparation, and logistical support.
- Act as a central communication point, ensuring clear and effective correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on English proficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field with a 0 - 3 years experience.
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and capable of working in a team environment.
