Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all visitors to the clinic. Fluency in English is a must for this role, and candidates with additional language skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries about services, procedures, and policies.
- Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in patient records.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
- Support the clinic’s administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure timely patient care and follow-ups.
- Promote and provide information on additional services or products offered by the clinic.
- Address and resolve patient concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare or eye clinic environment).
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
- Experience with medical terminology or working in an eye care clinic is a plus.
