The Network Administration Division Manager is responsible for leading the network administration team, managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, and ensuring the network’s security, reliability, and scalability. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and coordination with other IT teams to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the network administration team, including setting objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for network administration aligned with company and department responsibility.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for network projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Manage cloud-based network services and ensure seamless integration with on-premises network infrastructure.
Qualification
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions.
