Job Description
Education: BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering , Fine arts and Design or other related fields.
Experience :- Minimum of 2 years relevant banking experience.
Job Objective:
Assist in planning, executing and optimizing online marketing efforts by supporting various marketing activities: including social media management, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, and display).
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as reach, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging digital content.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and track social media performance.
- Assist in running paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Assist in on-page and off-page SEO activities, including back linking strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Support the execution of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad creative.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using different platforms like Mailchimp, or Salesforce.
- Segment email lists and personalizes messages for better engagement.
- Track email open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing channels.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SemRush to generate insights.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
