Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company objectives.
- Manage financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing to ensure alignment with government regulations.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s liquidity and operational needs are met.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years as a Finance Manager.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Industry/manufacturing sector experience is mandatory.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
