Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Director located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Finance Director will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, managing finance operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications
- BA or MBA in Accounting and Finance
- Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Finance and working with Financial Statements
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems and regulations
- ACCA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is a plus
- Experience in the Automotive or Pharmaceuticals industry is beneficial
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively
- Communication and interpersonal Skills
Required Experience
- 14 years for BA and 12 years for MBA of which 5 years are on managerial position
