Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Manager to manage our state-of-the-art facility, providing services to external institutions and organizations that require a professional environment to conduct their exams. This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational management, client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and secure experience for all users of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external institutions and organizations interested in renting the facility for their exams.
- Facility Coordination: Manage all resources, including computers, desks, and other equipment, to ensure the center is ready and available for clients.
- Bookings and Agreements: Oversee scheduling and bookings for clients, ensuring availability and proper utilization of the center. Draft and manage agreements with clients for facility use.
- Finance Activities: Manage and oversee all financial activities related to the hub, including client invoicing, payments, and budgets
- Exam Day Operations: Ensure smooth operations during exams by coordinating with clients and providing support to proctors or invigilators.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure clients adhere to the center’s guidelines and procedures, including security and integrity measures.
- Technical Support Coordination: Work with the IT team to ensure all equipment (computers, software, internet, etc.) is fully functional for exams. Troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Marketing & Business Development: Promote the Testing Center’s services to potential clients, such as universities, training centers, or organizations conducting certifications.
- Reporting & Feedback: Prepare usage reports, gather feedback from clients, and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Team Supervision: Oversee support staff and invigilators, ensuring they are trained and equipped to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in facility management, client services, or operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with scheduling tools and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
- Knowledge of exam security protocols and testing environments is an advantage.
