Job Summary
Carry out routine maintenances & regularly inspect, repair and replace all building components and appliances as per duty assigned by team leader.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance request of building occupants & office users as per assignment given by team leader
- Monitor the works of maintenance contractors during the execution of their work in line with the departmental guidelines.
- Control and check the proper functioning of all building components and facilities.
- Carefully handle hand tools, measuring instruments and others that company provide for implementation of tasks.
- Wear and properly utilize PPE, Confirm the implementation of all workplace health and safety procedures, rules in the section.
- Carryout routine maintenance & regularly inspect, repair and replace all building components and appliances
- Participate in any emergency repair works assigned by team leaders
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
- Good diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Awareness of safety and food hygiene practice
Education
- The position requires a minimum of TVET Level 2 or Level 3 and CoC General Mechanics or Building Technology or Manufacturing Technology or related fields
Experience
- 4 or 2 years’ respective relevant experience
