Job Summary:

The HR Assistant (or HR Coordinator) supports the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks, recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining personnel records. The role is critical in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, allowing the HR Manager to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. o Conduct initial candidate screenings and communicate with applicants.
  2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare onboarding documentation and assist in employee orientation. o Handle exit interviews and offboarding tasks for departing employees.
  3. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. o Organize and file HR documents (contracts, certifications, etc.).
  4. Training & Development Support: Assist with organizing training sessions and employee development programs. o Track training progress and certifications.
  5. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Help prepare payroll data (if necessary) and assist employees with benefits
  6. queries. Ensure accurate record-keeping for payroll and benefits administration.
  7. General HR Support: Coordinate employee wellness programs, team-building events, and other HR initiatives. o Respond to employee queries about HR policies and procedures. o Assist in managing performance appraisals and employee surveys.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-related role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Working experience in HR system
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
