Ensures the recruitment and selection process are effective and completed as per the quality objective. This includes the presentation of surety for those job positions identified as mandatory to present.
Make sure to deliver Induction training for newly hired employees.
Makes sure to attach job description and deliver for every newly hired, transferred and promoted employee and management member with the recruitment letter.
Close follow-up and ensure that performance evaluations of employees are conducted at least twice a year and that proper documentation of the same document is in the computer and the employee's personal file.
Makes analysis on employee performance results at least twice a year.
Proper follow-up; recording and analysis of records on accidents, employee engagement & Satisfaction, Turnover, Exit interviews and etc.
Make sure to get a written exit interview from employees and management members.
Facilitates departments on gap-based training.
Follow up and report the implementation of on job training in the Company system.
Manages permanent and temporary employees’ salaries.
Follow up and report every insurance case until they are closed.
Follow up and consults the liaison officer.
Prepares regular and occasional reports of performance to the HRD Manager.
About You
Educational Background:
BA Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
