About the Role

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for:

  • Overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and communication
  • Ensuring the secure and accurate maintenance of records and documents
  • Supporting the Human Resource Manager in enhancing the company's overall workforce administration

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to plan, organize, and coordinate overall HR management.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies to align with the company’s mission, vision, objectives, and core values.
  • Assist in designing and implementing a reward structure that supports organizational goals within available resources.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, annual leave, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper implementation of employee services, labor relations, and personnel records.
  • Participate in workforce planning to ensure a sustainable supply of talent and meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard the company.
  • Oversee the administration of the employee provident fund, ensuring proper collection, custody, and utilization.
  • Design and implement a results-oriented performance management system.
  • Ensure timely submission and review of employee performance evaluations.
  • Maintain an updated HR database system and documentation for effective employment administration and managerial decision-making.
  • Ensure proper storage and security of company documents and records.
  • Prepare monthly, interim, and annual HR reports.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Management or other social science-related field of study.
  • Work Experience: At least four years of relevant experience.
