About the Role
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for:
- Overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and communication
- Ensuring the secure and accurate maintenance of records and documents
- Supporting the Human Resource Manager in enhancing the company's overall workforce administration
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to plan, organize, and coordinate overall HR management.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies to align with the company’s mission, vision, objectives, and core values.
- Assist in designing and implementing a reward structure that supports organizational goals within available resources.
- Maintain and manage employee records, annual leave, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper implementation of employee services, labor relations, and personnel records.
- Participate in workforce planning to ensure a sustainable supply of talent and meet staffing needs.
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard the company.
- Oversee the administration of the employee provident fund, ensuring proper collection, custody, and utilization.
- Design and implement a results-oriented performance management system.
- Ensure timely submission and review of employee performance evaluations.
- Maintain an updated HR database system and documentation for effective employment administration and managerial decision-making.
- Ensure proper storage and security of company documents and records.
- Prepare monthly, interim, and annual HR reports.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Degree in Management or other social science-related field of study.
- Work Experience: At least four years of relevant experience.
