Job Summary:
We’re seeking an IT Application Manager to join our team, supporting the implementation and management of new IT services while actively contributing to modern business and technology innovations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support of IT services for Raiffeisen banks within the CEE/SEE region (ITSM lifecycle);
- Participation in business and technological projects for our clients;
- Management of IT environments in terms of availability, for internal use or for banks;
- Proactive approach in the area of innovation, especially in automation;
- Communication with stakeholder technical teams, partners, and banks;
- Adherence to ITSM processes in line with our quality standards.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor University degree in computer science or in a related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management;
- Good knowledge of banking products and business processes and strong willingness to deepen this knowledge is an advantage;
- High level of customer-centricity and ability to build strong interpersonal relations with people from diverse backgrounds;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking;
- Proficiency in hard skills such as UNIX and SQL a must;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Interest in IT technologies and innovation;
- Willingness to learn continuously;
- Participation in on-call duties and scheduled activities;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
