Our client is focused on importing medications, manufacturing and supplying medical equipment, outsourcing healthcare centers, and providing expert consulting services. The IT professional will play a key role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems.
Job Overview
The Jr. IT Professional will be responsible for assisting with the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networking, software, hardware, and other IT systems. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking, software maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking systems.
- Support the installation and configuration of software, hardware, and other IT tools.
- Provide IT support to end-users, assisting with software and hardware-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure operational efficiency and security.
- Conduct regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and ensure smooth communication between devices.
- Support the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Provide general IT support and assist with any technology-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support, networking, software maintenance or related areas.
