Ethio Cement PLC looks for qualified candidates for the Junior HR Officer position.
Job Summary:
Under the instruction of the supervisor, the junior HR officer assists in planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling human resource activities and liaison with HR department at factory. Receives memos from the factory and present to concerned body for action and follow up in finalizing and closing up the issues.
Follows up motor and other insurance matters with the relevant insurance companies and liaison with the factory in processing and handling insurance related cases. Prepare a follow up table on insurance cases and report and update on weekly basis.
Organize filing systems at head office and handles incoming and outgoing letters in collaboration with the secretary. Supports in handling vacancies, recruitment and appointment processes.
Assists in administering attendance and leave of staff at head office and also the various leave entitlements of employees as per the personnel policy of the Company.
Reports to: Senior HR officer
Requirement
B.A degree in Human Resource Management, Management/business administration, Public administration and other related fields of studies.
2 years of relevant work experience or a Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
