Job Overview:
The Junior MIS Officer at Hijra Bank supports MIS operations by collecting, processing, and analyzing data for accurate reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include query building, report design, dashboard creation, and ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from CBS and other sources for reporting.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and process data.
- Design and develop reports and user-friendly templates for various departments.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize operational and financial data.
- Monitor MIS platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to streamline reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain data confidentiality.
Qualification:
- BA/BSc in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (graduates from 2022 or later).
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant experience in query building
