Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Promotion and Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of digital marketing and a passion for engaging with customers through social media.
- This position is suitable for recent graduates or those with 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular and timely posting according to our content calendar.
- Monitor and engage with customers on our social media platforms by responding to inquiries and fostering discussions.
- Assist in preparing sales analyses to identify trends and recommend products for promotion based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with sales analysis and marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and report on engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,Tiktok etc.) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt
