We are a leading wine and spirits distributor in Addis Ababa, committed to delivering top-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the world of wine and spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and bars to promote and sell our wine and spirits portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Provide product recommendations and tastings, educating clients on different wine and spirit varieties.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Keep records of sales activity, customer feedback, and inventory needs, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate promotional events and special offers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous sales experience (outdoor sales preferred) or a strong interest in the wine & spirits industry.
- Organizational skills to track sales visits, manage reports, and follow up with clients.
- Fluent in English and Amharic.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the field.
