Job Summary

The Junior/Trainee Customer Service Officer is responsible for familiarizing with overall company and branch operations, gathering macro and microeconomic performance data, and identifying potential money savers.

Qualification

Education

• BA Degree/College Diploma/TVET level 4 in Marketing, Management, Accounting, and other related fields

Experience

• Zero years/two years’ experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of microfinance business
• Sufficient knowledge of company operation policies
• Considerable knowledge of banking and marketing principles
• Knowledge of financial and management principles
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills
