Job Summary
Support continuity and growth by delivering quality business applications technical support to clients and the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of the ERP system interacting with both ERP technical and functional domains to understand requirements, evaluating alternative solutions, making changes and improvements, customizing, and resolving problems, issues, communicating status and documenting system changes to facilitate the achievement of overall business objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle requests, incidents, and problems, related to Business Applications on time and efficiently to meet business deadlines.
- Participates in Business application projects, to facilitate operational support in line with the project plan and in accordance with the business expectations.
- Provide user training whenever required
- Interact with 3rd party support on issues requiring technical assistance for ERP systems.
- Perform Customization and Report Development
- Prepare, review, and submit timely reports for the concerned body of the company.
- Maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and recommend upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization
- Investigate and introduce process improvement measures and provide recommendations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- 6 years of relevant experience with proven experience in vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and a strong business understanding.
