Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for managing the follow-up and support activities for the Bank’s IFB products and services across the branch. He/she will engage with branch staff to understand and resolve ground-level challenges and Facilitate communication between branches and Head Office units. He/she also ensures the effective implementation and expansion of the Bank’s Shariah-compliant financial products and services.
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics.
- A minimum of nine (9) years relevant experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in Interest-Free Banking Services.
