Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of Lightup Digital Solution by planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across various channels. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for engaging diverse audiences, including students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders, through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Lightup Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Execution
    • Design, plan, and execute marketing events in environments where key audiences—students, teachers, and parents—are present, such as schools, community events, and private and government-sponsored gatherings.
    • Ensure a strong presence at events by managing logistics, securing resources, and delivering impactful presentations that promote Lightup's services.
  2. Marketing Material Distribution
    • Develop and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, ensuring their availability and alignment with the needs of schools, students, and parents.
    • Regularly replenish and track inventory of materials to maintain an effective supply chain.
  3. Customer Engagement and Lead Generation
    • Identify and reach out to potential customers, presenting Lightup's services in a persuasive and engaging manner.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as school directors, teachers, and corporate representatives, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.
  4. Event Organization for Stakeholders
    • Plan and facilitate physical and virtual events tailored to key stakeholders, such as school directors, corporate managers, and educational professionals, to enhance Lightup’s brand visibility.
  5. Digital Content Creation
    • Create engaging and visually appealing digital marketing materials for social media platforms and print campaigns, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  6. Social Media and Advertising
    • Manage and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  7. Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events, advertisements, and campaigns by collecting data and preparing detailed performance reports for submission to the Lightup Manager.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Certification or formal training in digital marketing is mandatory.

Required Technical Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in designing and publishing digital advertisements for social media platforms, including Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Hands-on experience with digital content creation tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity, and OBS Studio, for producing high-quality multimedia content.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation and presentations.
  • Proven ability to design brochures and other marketing collateral, maintaining professional standards and branding guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma or Adobe InDesign.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira Service Management.
  • Experience in email marketing, including the creation, automation, and analysis of campaigns.
