Job Overview
TenaFirst Plus is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Officer to lead our brand presence and patient outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong digital skills, capable of driving awareness, engagement, and growth in a healthcare-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote TenaFirst Plus services.
- Develop and maintain digital content, including for the website, email newsletters, social media, and blogs.
- Lead social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and growth strategies.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using key metrics and tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Coordinate with the clinical and technology teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with company services and goals.
- Support partnerships and outreach campaigns with healthcare institutions, NGOs, and corporate wellness programs.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, press releases, etc.).
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
- Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to product and user feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or tech startups.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for healthcare equity, technology, and social impact.
Desirable Skills
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Familiarity with public health messaging
- Experience with B2B or institutional marketing in health or tech sectors
