Job Summary:
Our recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Supervisor for our client, an electrical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing sector. As the Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals and sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital advertising.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Lead and coordinate marketing team members, providing guidance and support for ongoing projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals and customer demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
