Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive office manager assistant to support daily operations and enhance our office environment. The ideal candidate will assist the office manager in coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication among team members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the Office Manager in organizing and implementing office procedures.
  • Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Maintain records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in project management tasks as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
